Our best bets are about picking winners. Strategies are about making money: fixed betting plans built on v8's chances, that anyone can follow. We only publish a strategy that made a profit in each of three years of testing, 2023, 2024 and 2025, and every one is tracked live in public from its first day, winners and losers.
About five horses a day, every one backed £1 each way. The simplest way to follow.

How they fit together
Each morning v8 rates every runner, and one fixed rule picks the horses where an each way bet is worth more than it costs, even at a worse price than we show. All three strategies use these same horses.
Each way: £1 each way on every one. Aggressive each way: 1 to 3 points each, more on the strongest. Each way doubles: the strongest paired up.
Follow one, or more than one. Each has its own tab with today's bets, testing year by year and its live record, updated as each race is run.
Subscribers see each strategy's selections at 08:00 with the bookmaker, odds, each way terms and stake, plus every race rated and our best bets. £10 a month, cancel any time.
Worth knowing
- Prices move. We show the 07:55 price and terms. If a price has shortened a lot, the bet may no longer be worth it.
- Bookmakers may restrict accounts that win regularly each way. Spreading bets across bookmakers helps.
